With his hateful past rising, the light in his wrist burned stronger, pushing out the signal farther and farther so that he could gather every gullible soul possible as he flounced into the woods with a swarm behind him. With his terrible history reopened and the wounded hearts of the Returned asphyxiating them within, their heads were held high as they prepared for battle, ready to slay any and all without mercy.
Book was OK but wayy too long (600+ pages). Good set of characters and a decent plot development. I think I need to dig out book one before making a strong commitment as I’m lacking the entire backstory
