From the creator of Inside Out – Maria V Snyder comes the much awaited sequel – Outside In.

Me?
A leader?
Okay, I did prove that there’s more to Inside than we knew.
That a whole world exists beyond this cube we live in. And finding that led to a major rebellion—between worker scrubs like me and the snobby uppers who rule our world. Make that ruled. Because of me, we’re free. I thought that meant I was off the hook, and could go off on my own again—while still touching base with Riley, of course. He’s the one upper I think I can trust. But then we learned that there’s outside and then there is Outside.
And something from Outside wants In.
I felt that the sequel was too predictable for me, the first one was interesting not the best dystopian book but still deserved to be read. Outside In however to me felt to predictable, and I found Trella a little bit annoying in this book. i wanted to scream at her, woman you started a revolution they need a leader stop whining and speak up and help. I felt this book would have been more enjoyable for me if she would have been more aware and cared more about what was going on around her instead of always wanting to explore the new levels.
Why are they in space in the first place? Why did the Outsiders get exiled in the first place? Why did the Travas want to hide the fact that the Outsiders were exiled? Why were people even separated into Uppers and Scrubs? How did the Outsiders create their clever technology, like the living metal collar? Where would they even get the supplies for their stuff?
I nearly didn’t finish this book and I’m sorely disappointed. I think I’ll shelve books from this author in the future.
